Writing in the Liminal: Aligning with Collapse

We know

we need
to stop this.
We can’t keep on
pretending
we’re not killing
everything; perpetuating
a world of pain.

 We know
the tides are crashing in.
They’ll yank
our heads out of the sand.
Oh, they will drag
us down under
our world
of comprehension.

We know
everything composts
in the end - paradoxically
where it all begins.
What if?
We let it go
and consciously offer
ourselves in.

This course has been a light in very dark times for me. Reading all of the posts here has given me so much courage. Maybe I’m not crazy after all. There are others, from all over the world that understand. You GET IT. This is the feeling that just makes me able to choose my own path, and take the next step, in the face of it all. Thank you so much everyone, even though you’ve all written so eloquently, so uniquely, I have this feeling that we’ve all written the same thing. And it is so beautiful. So thank you all, from the bottom of my heart, for being and showing yourselves.

I couldn’t imagine what this last month would have looked like without the background support of your reflections, stories and prompts, constantly asking me to look deeper. I can’t put into words what this group has meant to me. Thank you from the depths of my being.
